Dance class questions

What age can my child start dance classes?

Our Broadway Babes toddler class starts at 2 years old, Ballet and Tap Minis from 3, and most other dance styles from 5 to 7 years. Classes run right through to 18.

Where in Manchester are your dance classes?

Most dance classes are held at Heald Green Methodist Church, with other KWA classes at Gatley Hill House, St James Church Hall, St Catherines Church Hall and Christ Church West Didsbury.

Can we try a class first?

Yes — we offer a two-week trial in any class for £15 so your child can settle in before you commit. This excludes 1-2-1 Singing lessons.

How much are dance classes?

Classes are paid monthly and range from about £28 to £77 per month, with multiple-class discounts for children attending five or more classes a week.

Do you need dance experience to join?

No. Beginners are welcome in every age group and our teachers group children by age and stage so everyone progresses at the right pace.
